We have an excellent history. We’ve had 30 years to “work the kinks out” and we’re very proud of the policies and structure that has developed over those years. Westminster is a local community governed by local professionals. Everyone on our Board of Directors is a Lafayette – West Lafayette area professional or Westminster resident. We have a Resident Council that provides recommendations to the Board of Directors and we hire a retirement community management firm as a resource for information and assistance.
