What makes video broadcast quality?
The technical specifications of the video and the actual look of the video. Not all video sources provide broadcast quality media. For example, most Internet video has been compressed to be viewed at a faster download rate, sacrificing quality in favor of speed. While the video may look fine on your computer monitor, it will not be broadcast quality for a television station. BetaSP, DigiBeta, DV, and full-resolution MPEG files are all generally considered broadcast quality sources. VHS and compressed online video is not broadcast quality.
