What makes the team at Warm ‘n’ Cozy – In Home Assistance different?
Our Caregivers are called as Personal Assist Associates (PAAs). The team members are trained care aides, nurses, are often people with professional background. We also have, on our team, doctors and nurses undergoing Canadian certification. There are team members who have personal experience with their loved ones and are looking to give back to others. Most caregivers are members of the local community and come from all walks of life. Our PAAs are ‘Compassionate Caregivers.’ We look to employ people who are good people themselves and are passionate about providing care.
