Number one is the sunrise over the Sea of Cortez, if you go to San Felipe and don’t watch the sunrise at least one day you have no business being on this planet. The small town feeling at a big race, everyone is within a couple miles and you get to see and talk with everyone all week. Wheelies where you’re not really supposed to do them are very welcome in San Felipe, when the cops tell you to wheelie you know everyone is having a good time. Easy chase days for the crews (for the most part) Secret beaches Percebu lunch, sodas at Pete’s, tricking the guards at El Dorado Finishing pre running for the day and still having time to go check out the point by the lighthouse…man there’s actually rocks there Standing in the middle of Diablo looking at the Summit, taking a noobie through the Matomi Narrows for the first time The only chase road that you reference by an AM/PM Pre running the course 11 times, no lie Clyde and I did this in 2006 Martin at Rice and Beans and the videos! Viva Rice
