Approximately one half of the residential site will be common area. Residents will enjoy over 3.5 miles of walking and biking trails, recreational opportunities provided for by the Mississippi River and other common amenities characterized by granite bluffs, wooded areas, wetlands and open meadows. Resident gathering areas will be placed throughout the neighborhood and may consist of picnic shelters, gazebos, picnic tables, grills, fire rings for campfires and outdoor seating areas.
