What makes Stanley & Seafort’s unique among other restaurants in Tacoma?
Our people; we have a number of crewmembers who have been with us from 10 to 20 years. The staff here is the best. Both our front-of-house and back-of-house crews are extremely passionate about our guests and consistently look for ways to go beyond the expected. The crew here has developed a lot of personal relationships with our guests both inside and outside the restaurant. It’s a cliché, but we preach that we need to treat our guests as if they are guests in our own homes. When we have people as committed as our people are, it makes management easy. We just stay out of the way and let them do their thing. The seating is quite comfy. How do you classify the decor? Traditional. We like to space out the dining room so people feel comfortable and can enjoy themselves without bumping into the table next to them. We have a fabulous view and try and position as many tables as possible to take advantage of it. This is a place where people can dress up and have an extravagant experience or c
