What makes someone become a Serial Killer?
Most serial killers are sociopaths and have no emotions that normal people have. No emotions like love or compassion what-so-ever. In the mind of a sosiopath there is no difference between the life of a human being to that of a fly. But most sosiopaths are also very clever at hiding this well. Others may not even know that the are sosiopaths and think that the way they think and feel is completely normal. It is said that 1 in 25 people you pass in the street are sosiopaths. That’s not to say they 1 in 25 people are serial killers. But if you combine that with an abused childhood, or some kind of warped fascination which other normal people may have (except not act upon), then I can quite understand how a sosiopath can kill. Some believe that they feed off other peoples emotions and that their victim’s fear is so intense that they become addicted to it and have to kill again, which would explain a lot.
