Users can request information exactly where and when they most need it. The information sent back to them is highly relevant to their needs at that time and they may request further information from any available options. After having used the service users will not receive any unwanted messages. When a user opts in with SMSactive through one of our customers for the very first time they will receive an additional text message that welcomes them to the SMSactive system and assigns the user a unique code to use on the SMSactive web site. The user can then register this code against their mobile phone number on the site for validation and complete a registration form. This provides the user with a personal account.
