: STCC takes every conscious effort to ensure that we maintain our social/local/global responsibility of keeping our precious earth clean and using environmentally friendly products whenever possible. Our natural brown gift boxes are made using 100% recycled materials. Our white tissue wrap is 100% recycled materials. Our green tissue wrap is 70% minimum recycled materials. We protect and ship our candles in blue biodegradable bubble wrap and recycled brown kraft paper. Soy is biodegradable and comes from the soybean plant which is renewable and sustainable yielding a soy crop season after season from the same plant. We use an environmentally-friendly and energy saving wax melter. We hand-pour each and every candle in small batches eliminating the extra energy that would be needed to run machines. After the life of each candle you can clean your candle jar in the sink with warm water and soap and reuse your jars in unique, creative and stylish ways. We will update our New Life page mon
