What makes princess cut in diamonds such a desirable cut?
I have been a die-hard fan of the princess cut in diamonds and stones for more than ten years. However, I was probably more mainstream with a radiant cut engagement ring eons ago. Then I progressed to the emerald cut. But, by far it’s the princess cut for me! Why? Well, the princess cut accentuates a diamond’s fire rather than its luster and is popular amongst diamond cutters as it wastes the least of the original crystal. I am also a fan of geometric patterns and like a square-cut gemstone such as the princess cut diamond.Originally created on December 12, 2007.
