Unlike other MOSFET isolator, POWER-GATE is manufactured in a static-free clean room utilizing robotic assembly techniques. Our patented assembly process yields devices that achieve levels of efficiency that others strive (but fail) to achieve. POWER-GATE can handle large amounts of continuous power, and do so with such little wasted energy that it doesn’t require heat sinks, thermal bonding, or airflow. While others measure resistance in milliohms (thousandths), we’ve jumped to the micro-ohm (millionths) world!
