It’s not lack of schooling. It may be made more likely by lack of exposure to other people and ways of life. But basically I believe that it lets people get the little charge of feeling superior to someone else, which appeals to one’s lowest instincts. And I believe that people give in to their lowest instincts out of fear and the lack of love for others, because they haven’t been taught since early childhood about the oneness of humanity.
