What Makes Pavers Last So Long?
In addition to their basic strength – 3 to 4 times stronger than regular or stamped concrete – interlocking pavers have the unique ability to transfer loads and stresses over large areas by means of a “bridging” action between the individual units. Spreading of the load allows heavier weights and traffic over areas which normally would require concrete that is heavily reinforced with steel.
