What Makes Morrow Mountain State Park a Great Place?
Nearby residents and people from across the state and the country visit Morrow Mountain. A ranger station and museum provide people to answer questions and maps for visitors. The park is closed from 8 pm to 8 am, to assure the safety of campers. The park is clean and the facilities are well maintained. Although the park is widely used, it is large enough that it rarely feels crowded. With so many options for activities and so many acres of nature to explore, it is easy to be alone, even when the park is busy. Morrow Mountain is a wonderful place for a family picnic, a reunion, and even a wedding.
