Bell is our main “traditional phone service” competitor. Rogers and other local cable companies compete with us to offer Digital phone service. Vonage is our main Voip competitor. There are many smaller VoIP companies, most of which are not actively involved in the areas we concentrate on. We are very different than these big corporations. They have lost touch with providing true customer service. Many people are more frustrated AFTER getting off the phone with them than before they called them with a concern. They are in a hurry to transfer you to somebody else or get you off the phone whether or not your problem has been resolved.
