When we complete this 30-minute meeting, we have a strategic plan outlining the steps that we need to take, both together and independently. Next, we ask you to release the tasks to us that weve framed in our Defining Meeting and we will ensure they get done. This frees you up to focus on the tasks identified for you in our Defining Meeting, as well as enjoying your business. In the agreed upon timeframe, you will receive your completed tasks.
