What makes Jackis programs fun?
Jacki’s superb imaginative and creative choreography! Jacki is a dancer, and she has choreographed aerobic programs for over 30 years. Her programs are fresh, inventive, and exciting session after session, for new and returning students alike. Students are motivated by the fun choreography, the invigorating music, and the enthusiasm of the instructors and students. Our programs provide a complete workout. While we have a lot of fun in class, our programs do not skimp on fitness. Each of Jacki’s programs is a complete head-to-toe workout, including stretching, floorwork, one-half hour of sustained aerobic activity, and a cooldown. Students may use optional hand-held and ankle weights for additional strength training. An exercise program you can stick with. We all know we need to exercise.
