What makes Healthy Habits Kitchen meals healthier than fast food or frozen meals?
We offer superior ingredients, including restaurant-quality meats, poultry and seafood—a grade above what’s available in the grocery stores! We only use natural seasonings, juices, extracts and herbs in all of our recipes. We strive to offer fresh fruits and vegetables whenever possible! All meals are 400 calories or less, 30% fat or less, and 800mg of sodium or less. And, of course, our entrée choices are often more nutritionally balanced than fast-food or processed meals.
