What makes floating so beneficial?
The warm, soothing water in the floatation bed is ideal for relaxation. Your muscles are idle as you float and send a chemical message to your brain saying, in effect, “Relax.” Blood vessels near the skin release, allowing for better blood flow. Within minutes you feel better and less stressed, while your mind and body become more relaxed.
