What Makes Finger Strength?
Strong fingers depend on the muscles in the hand and forearm. The hand flexors and extensors in your forearm contract and extend your fingers. Also, there are many muscles in the hand that help your fingers move. Your Opponens Pollicis and Adductor Pollicis, which are responsible for your thumb’s movement, are the major muscles in your hand. So, it’s the muscles in your hand and forearm, and the tendons in your hand that connect those muscles to your fingers, that need to be strengthened. Lets make ’em stronger! For Sports!
