D&D Tool & Supply has made the giant commitment of money and manpower to become the industry leader in tool sharpening and reconditioning. Our people are trained on the best machinery available in the world today for the sharpening of saw blades, router bits, shaper cutters, moulder cutters, tenon cutters, planer knives, end mills and other metal cutting tools, shear knives up to 84″, and just about anything else that cuts wood or metal. Every tool that goes through our shop is cleaned and inspected. For example, each carbide tipped saw blade is polished and inspected for run-out in the blade rim, broken and bent teeth, and over-all wear. The blade is then sharpened on fully automatic CNC grinders with 600 grit diamond wheels and returned to you either by one of our knowledgeable route drivers, UPS, or by the shipper of your choosing.
