What Makes Crescent Beach, Siesta Key so Special?
The film crew interviewed beach-goers, inquiring what makes Siesta Key Beach the best. The visitors and locals were quick to say that the sand is clean, powder soft, pure white, no shells mixed in the sand, it stays cool to the touch and it is easy to walk on. The water does not “wash the sand out” from under your feet, and the beach slopes gently into the gulf. Sand sculptors were also interviewed, giving Siesta Key and A+ for the best sand to create sand sculptures, large works of art that wash away with the tide.
