We provide 24/7/365 ambulance service to meet the needs of designated departments and programs at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield, Baystate Franklin Medical Center in Greenfield, and Baystate Mary Lane Hospital in Ware. We are the ambulance of choice for transporting children to the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at Baystate Medical Center Children’s Hospital. Our ambulances are equipped and our staff are trained to handle these very special transports. Our skilled technicians are also trained to provide special assistance to senior citizens who need medical transportation from their homes, or from area nursing or rehabilitation facilities, to the hospital. Baystate Health Ambulance is staffed with highly-trained basic, intermediate, and paramedic emergency medical technicians (EMTs).
