What makes BakFlip covers so secure?
BakFlip covers are made of multiple panels. These panels automatically lock as you close them. The only way to release these hard folding panels is to pull on a latch cable secured under the cover. Doing so will allow you to fold each panel forward. When the panels are closed you cannot open the cover without access to the under-side of the BakFlip panels. LOCKING YOUR TAILGATE will result in the cover being completely impregnable. If your truck does not have a locking tailgate then a tailgate lock such as a pop n lock can be simply added.
