What makes AnexGATE Server appliances secure?
NEXGATE Server appliance uses Stateful packet inspection to determine if a data packet is allowed through the firewall to the private LAN. AnexGATE Server product support Network Address Translation (NAT), which translates multiple IP addresses on the private LAN to one public address that is sent out to the Internet. This adds a level of security since the address of a PC connected to the private LAN is never transmitted on the Internet. AnexGATE Server Internet security appliances are also pre-configured to automatically detect and thwart Denial of Service (DoS) attacks such as Ping of Death, SYN Flood, LAND Attack, IP Spoofing, etc.
