The ActiveGLO kits use a HRP-based, two component luminogenic substrate that is stable for 5 to 7 days when mixed. Counting the output can be done immediately or within 20 minutes, depending on the assay, unlike other assays that don’t use our proprietary substrate system. Plus we have a broad range of routine and specialized endocrine assays. Most reagents are ready to use. In many cases, the assay incubations have been reduced significantly.
