What exactly makes a woman’s tattoo sexy? Lately I’ve noticed numerous polls and opinions on the sexiest female tattoos throughout the internet, so I figured I’d chime in as well. It seems that the majority of opinion is that placement is the key ingredient in heightening a woman’s sex appeal. I believe placement is only part of the equation.
