What makes a jQuery plug-in incompatible or compatible for IntelliSense?

There’s no hard and fast rule for compatibility with IntelliSense. However, from my experience, if a plug-in is going be incompatible, it’s going to be because it tries to create and modify a DOM element before the document is ready. Please see the previous question for more details.
