What makes a job crazy hot?

We also realize that some of the best jobs may be offered by smaller companies or non-profits that can’t afford a fee to post, so featuring jobs on CrazyHotJob.com is absolutely free. How is each day’s job selected? Users help us choose. Every submitted posting answers the question, “Why is this job crazy hot?” The answers to that question are posted on the site. Users can vote the job either “hot” or “cold,” and the job with the most “hot” votes will almost certainly be the job that is posted live on the site the next day. The site updates with a new job each day at 10:00 a.m. CST, and we post it on Twitter (@crazyhotjob) shortly thereafter. We’re working on socializing the site, and are building a solid base of Twitter followers and blog mentions. So far the response is overwhelmingly positive.
