Truely, a restaurant manager is a jack of all trades. A great manager/manageress can plan, organize, motivate, hire the best friendliest staff, and coach them along the way. The key to success in the restaurant business is deciding who to have on your team. You must have personable, energetic, honest, team oriented people.
