What Makes a Good Supervisor a Great Leader?
Supervisors carry the responsibility of “leading” workers to complete their jobs in a satisfactory manner. While this is a challenging role, it can be rewarding for every member of the work team. To find out what makes a supervisor a great leader, we visited a recent Frontline Supervision class held at Joliet Junior College (JJC). The Will County Medical Associates, S.C. wanted their supervisory staff to learn what it takes to be great leaders.
