PCWs understand what needs to be done and provide services in a gentle and respectful manner. They are reliable, patient, and believe that people with disabilities and seniors are entitled to the same care, respect, and affection as everyone else. PCWs are good listeners. They’re open-minded, flexible, and have a pleasant personality. They treat people the way they want to be treated.
