What makes a good leader? Are good leaders born or are they made?
These are age old questions we have heard for many years and continue to ponder today. The leader of the 21st century does not necessarily resemble the leaders of the past. A good manager, however, may not always be a good leader……….and a good leader may not always been a good manager. An individual contributor can also be a great leader.
