What makes a fleece jacket worth $90?
The Denali jacket is made entirely of fleece with DWR finish. DWR is a Duckback Durable Water Resistant finish that is applied to fabric and zippers to give long lasting waterproof protection. Water rolls off of the Denali jacket like water off of a duck’s back. Parts of the outer jacket are covered and reinforced with 2-ply nylon panels to cut down on abrasion. The covered areas are the chest and upper back, the back of the arm from elbow to wrist and the waist band. You’ve got to have pockets when you’re outdoors to hold keys, gloves, sunglasses, wallet, and most importantly, a lip gloss. Well the Denali has plenty of pockets for all your gear. There are zippered pockets on both sides that are large enough for hands of whatever you need to cram in there. There’s also what is called a Napoleon chest pocket on the left chest.
