What makes a cover or item non exchangeable or custom?
Non exchangeable items include Custom Sizes or Items, Custom Thicknesses, Twin sizes, Love seats, Chairs, Ottomans, Kings, Covers made to fit other than a 6″ to 8″ futon mattress, Pillows Pillow covers, and Cut Yardage are Custom orders, and are not exchangeable. Also, items with piping or cording, custom backings, window treatments, cubes, skirts, and any other special items are non exchangeable. Returnable items are Standard Full or Queen Covers from most manufacturers. There are items with special terms on the item. Also, items returned for exchange must be in the original packaging, and must be in new and resalable condition. It can not have been washed, have any fragrance, pet, or human hair, or be soiled in any way. If it is, we will not exchange it, and you will have to pay for shipping if you want us to ship it back to you. Please ask when ordering to make sure your cover is exchangeable.
