What make/model is an “economy van” that can be rented from Alamo in France?
Oh hell, we just hope that our people do not get a wrong translation. If you have booked and “economy van” it will probably be translated as a “camionnette d’économie or Véhicule Utilitaires” and you will end up with a Mercedes Sprinter, a Volkswagen LT35 or an Opal Vivaro, totally unsuitable for your needs. We are presuming you want a vehicle to carry six or more people, if that is the case then you should have booked a people carrier – “Véhicule Monospace” – Renault Espace, Citroen C4 Picasso, Peugeot Tepee. Check with your booking agent to make sure they have reserved the correct vehicle for you….
