What major projects have been done at Cedar Creek in the last year?
As of August ’08: Site drainage work has been completed. All buildings now have positive drainage (away from the buildings). In several areas, warped siding has been replaced and dryer vents were extended. The cedar shakes on the gables of all buildings have been stained. Interior hallways are being painted and should be complete in September. In ’07, all buildings had new roof shingles, new heat tape installed, new attic draftstopping, and new attic insulation. Several building had new gable vents installed. New stairs were built on building #3 and #4. Damaged gutters were repaired. Additional projects have been completed by Alpine Property Manager for Cedar Creek.
