I am preparing a seminar on business law for an audience of accounting professionals. The audience cuts across the accounting landscape, but most have a focus on small business concerns (less than $10 million/year EBITDA). I am interested in any feedback as to what kinds of topics accountants attending a seminar on “business law” would find most useful. I am also interested in any examples of common questions clients ask of accountants, but which are on the legal side of the ledger.
