It’s a majordomo administered list, so, if you would like to subscribe to the mailing list, send a message to help-emacs-windows-request@gnu.org with the word subscribe in the body of the message. To unsubscribe from the list, send a message to help-emacs-windows-request@gnu.org with the word unsubscribe in the body of the message. Please do not send the unsubscribe message to the list itself, but to the request alias instead.
