The magnitude of proposed carbon reductions is a subject of much debate. A range of the most commonly promoted approaches is explored below: • No Change in CO2 Emissions and No Stabilization of Population One option is to keep emitting carbon dioxide at current levels and to allow population to continue to grow at current levels.
