What Lubes Not To Use?
Do not use lubes that contain oils, natural, animal, vegetable, or synthetic. All varieties of oil are bad for the insert material and will cause it to break down rapidly over a few days of exposure. I also recommend avoiding silicone based lubes. While these lubes do not damage the insert material, they are extremely difficult to clean off properly, and they provide a hiding place for organic materials to remain inside the insert after use and cleaning. Of course you could read the label and see if there’s any ingredient listed that looks like oil or oil-based. If in doubt, don’t use this lube with your Fleshlight.
