What long term quality assurance measures and processes are in place?
There are robust quality assurance methods in place to ensure the quality of the training and supervision provided is high. Feedback from delegates will be monitored and reviewed by the Management Board and actions taken to make necessary improvements. To ensure the provision of coaching remains high, coaches will be expected to attend supervision sessions.
