You have to be near a destination, in other words where people are actually shopping, going to, for instance, here there are WinCo’s, and there are, which is actually like a Safeway, but does a tremendous business, you’ve got Bi-Mart’s, etc. Anywhere around a commercial area like that you’re going to generate a lot better than you are out in an area that’s predominantly residential.
