You are eligible for a Streamline Refinance if your existing loan is a conforming 10, 15, 20, or 30-year fixed mortgage, a conforming Adjustable Rate Mortgage, or a conforming 5 or 7-year balloon. Loans that were originally funded under a Jumbo, Interest Only, Expanded or AlterNet loan program are currently not eligible for a Streamline Refinance.
