Sir Arthur Conan Doyle wrote the coming of the fairies and it is set near Bingley.I think it is the story of the two girls who fooled everyone into believing that they could see fairies at the bottom of the garden, they took photos of piuctures they had made. Agatha Christie disappeared for 11 days and reappeared at the swan hotel in harrogate.
