You can install Model Packs into ANY TonePort , GuitarPort®, or POD® XT Device. You may be required to update your unit with the latest flash memory and USB firmware, but both of these are available as a free download. For all POD XT series devices: Bass Expansion, Metal Shop, Collector Classics, and FX Junkie (Please note: FX Junkie is preinstalled in PODXT Live at the factory. In addition, Power Pack is preinstalled on all PODXT series devices- installing it on a PODXT series device will not offer any new models.) For GuitarPort and TonePort devices: Bass Expansion, Power Pack, Metal Shop, Collector Classics, and FX Junkie.
