Mississauga Synchro offers a wide variety of programs for those who just want to try a fun new acitvity, or for the more serious swimmer we offer competitive programs. No matter your need we have a program for you! New to the sport of synchronized swimming, try out our ‘Learn to Synchro’ programs. Our ‘Learn to Synchro’ programs run throughout the school year (September – June). Participants in this program learn the sport of synchronized swimming progressing through 4 levels. Each level has categories which encourage Speed, Stamina, Strength, Suppleness and Synchro Skills. Participants will also learn a water dance they will perform at the end of each session. If your daughter is eager to try out synchronized swimming and can’t wait for September, register for our Summer Synchro Camp! Camp takes place August 24 – 28 at Huron Park Community Centre from 8:30 – 11:30am with supervision until 12:00pm.
