What levels of FPN’s are being suggested by the Council?

The Council is suggesting that the Government recommended default levels are used for the level of the fines. This is lower than the maximum levels possible. Please see the specific details section for the levels of the fines on the attached table. The Council is also suggesting that the fines if paid off early might be discounted to predetermined levels. These levels will be set during formal adoption of the Act in the autumn of 2007.
