Since an xVM Infrastructure subscription combines xVM Server and xVM Ops Center, premium support is included. Premium support provides online & telephone technical support 24 x 7 with live call transfer, knowledge base access, on-demand software updates, Sun alerts and notifications, and Sun VIP Interop support. In addition, customers get basic installation services and customer orientation training for xVM Ops Center.
