What level of freedom are the students at Narconon Gulf Coast provided?
Narconon Gulf Coast is a residential substance abuse rehabilitation facility. The definition of a residential facility is that the individual is under our care and custody at all times. We understand that it is important to keep our students busy on their program through work and activities. To maximize a person’s chance at recovery, the rehab experience cannot be viewed as a punishment. Going to rehab is a positive step in the right direction and the rehab experience should reinforce the positive viewpoint. One of the advantages of having a large staff is that we can take our students out for a walk on the beach, bike riding, and other various activities that enhance the rehabilitation experience.
